I had a spring break, of course on a Friday night so needed to have someone come out on Saturday. Thankfully, they had service available with no extra charge! To be honest, I called another company first to get a quote and appointment, but when they hadn't contacted me back in 2 hrs I gave Precision a call. I was provided an appointment time Saturday morning and a quote for a broken spring. I provided the information to the agent on the phone that I had a WD TorqueMaster spring, but wanted to convert to a standard torsion spring system, and they still quoted me the same information. Understandable, that they go off of a script and don't know all the ins and outs to the work to be done, but a more accurate quote would have been better. I really liked how Precision sent out a bio of the tech performing the work, was able to make a personal connection with Shawn! He arrived before the appointment time and finished in an hour. I will be using Precision again!

This is the first time I have used Precision Garage Door and I was very pleased. I called shortly before noon and a service person Shawn showed up shortly afterwards. I told him about my issue with one door and another issue with the other one. He looked things over gave me a price. We agreed then he started working. I was very impressed. He had both jobs finished and was gone by 245pm. Their advertisement is right, They arrive with a fulled stocked truck and very professional. I couldn't believe it. I am very happy. The doors are very quiet and he cleaned up after and took all of the old parts. After all these years of watching their commercials I can testify yes they do what they said they do on tv. Thank you!
