Super thankful to Shawn for coming out and fixing my garage door! He was super knowledgeable and informative and had a great attitude even though it was snowing and I know the roads weren’t the best condition to be traveling. I was worried I was going to have to live with a broken garage door until I could replace it, but Shawn was able to provide a temporary fix at an affordable price! This was literally the best experience I had with any business in the past five years. They answered the phone when I called, they sent someone out quickly for an assessment, their prices were very reasonable, the person who installed the doors showed up on time and installed them very professionally. The entire experience I had was completely professional and pleasant from beginning to end. I have not had an experience like this with a business since perhaps 2010? Things have gotten bad out there and I’ve been exposed to it all since we’ve been doing renovations and updates on our house for almost 3 years now, but this business has renewed my faith that there are still some good businesses out there. I wish I could clone this business and have them do everything for me in the future for our house.

The only problem we had was that he locked the side garage door and my husband was very irritated as he could not get in the house! I was gone 😭 so he had to wait until I got home as he did not have key to front or side door. He was not a happy camper!

Had Precision Door out to replace the spring that broke on our garage door Jordan was very professional, you could tell he really loves what he does. He was very thorough, really inspected our garage door, not just the spring. Gave us three different quotes. Work was done and he explained everything he did and gave us pictures of everything. From the phone call to schedule to the completion of the work, I highly recommend this company.
