Two of Precision's technicians, Worth and Nate, came to examine my 30-year-old wooden garage door and to advise whether I should replace the motor and whether I should replace the door. Based on their evaluation, I decided that I could get 2-3 more years of use from the current garage door by replacing the motor. The replacement motor would be more than adequate to operate any future two-vehicle garage door I would purchase in the near future. Taking ownership of a 25 year old condo, with a single stall garage, there has been a bit of moderate upkeep to tackle. My garage door key release lock was unsecure, to the point where it could be pulled right from the garage door itself freely. Really tore up. Brandon C was able to successfully install a new emergency keyhole release, by using screws long enough to tap into the metal garage door frame itself. This service, along with a general tune up was done very swiftly. Feels great having a safely secure garage door, a set of keys for the new lock, and to give the relatively older garage stall a bit of TLC. Brandon C is a true pro, and a nice friendly guy in general. First time using Precision Garage Door of DSM, and if anything else garage door related is beyond my reach, I know who to call. Good quality of workmanship, however, very very very expensive.

I called in the morning and they were able to come out the same day and fix my garage door opener in a few hours. Great experience would highly recommend!
