I had a great experience with Precision Garage. When my garage door suddenly broke on a Saturday, they were quick to respond to my call, which immediately put me at ease. They provided a clear estimate and scheduled the installation for the following Monday as promised. That quick turnaround was especially helpful because I was worried about potential damage to the motor if the issue wasn’t fixed promptly. Brody, the main installer, did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process. He explained what was happening and made sure I understood the work being done. The team installed the new door within just a couple of hours. They did need to return to complete the trim, but when they came back, they truly went above and beyond. The trim work was done with great care and attention to detail, exceeding my expectations. They even removed some rotten wood that had been sitting in my driveway, which I really appreciated. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their responsiveness. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage, and especially Brody and Theo, to anyone needing garage door service or installation.

Was happy to find Precision was readily available after normal business hours & was able to get our door fixed/working again in about an hour! We had a cable rust off one end which left the door crooked going neither up or down on a cold showy evening. And we couldn't move it by hand. He worked careful in the garage around our vehicles; documented everything first.

Entire process was very smooth from estimate to install. Since it was a standard door, it was already in stock. Didn't realize how bad the white non insulated door /beige keypad looked until having a new white insulated door and matching white keypad put in.

Cannot express how quick they were. Very knowledgeable and done right!

Caiden arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He had my door fixed within 20 minutes and explained how he did it. Nice young man. I would definitely recommend this company.
