The technician and installers were excellent. They are respectful and polite. The installers cleaned everything up when finished. You would not have known they were here. This is an excellent company and highly recommend them.

We had a garage door that banged every time we raised it. Shawn came out and gave us several options to consider. We were prepared for the cost of a new door but Shawn was sure the door was not the issue. He adjusted the lift chain, installed a new spring assist and new rollers. The door now works well with very little noise. Well done Precision Door. Several weeks later the door developed another problem where it would close within 6” of the floor and go back up. And when it did go back up it shuddered and shook from the chain drive being worn. Shawn came back again and fixed us up with a new belt driven lift. It works smooth and goes all the way down again. No offense, but I hope I don’t have to see Shawn again for a while:).
