Sam was on time, informative, and thorough in describing the different options and potential work to be done in the future on our system. He completed the opener installation and roller replacement in about an hour, despite the less than ideal weather conditions (very cold, windy, and snow flurries). He explained the new system when done, gave us the manuals, and programmed the keypad for us. 10/10; Highly recommend.
