We came home to find our garage door suddenly not opening or closing correctly. Precision was available same day and performed all services for a very reasonable price. Caiden was helpful and explained everything along the way. We will definitely use Precision for any future needs.

This morning we Had a 16’ door with a spring issue and needed repair. Called the service line and spoke with the agent to set up an appointment. They got me set up with repair team this late morning and had the unit repaired before lunch. Kyle Muyskens and his assistant who did the repair were very responsive to questions, had all the parts they needed to repair the door and tested all the safety devices on the door. Also checked the opener for any issues the the broken spring may have caused. When things were done the area was cleaned up. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Thanks guys for a job well done

Brandon was great! He knew exactly what was wrong with our garage door and clearly presented multiple options to fix it. We chose a full repair and he was done in about an hour. Quick, friendly, and cleaned everything up when he was done. Highly recommend!!
