The spring in our automatic garage door decided to break last night leaving me with 2 cars in a closed up garage. Called Precision Garage Door for repair help. Company set up an appointment for me early the next morning. They sent out their "best" technician Sam Mathis. What a professional he was. Analyzed the situation, recommended what needed to be done, wrote up an estimate and had the door repaired in no time. Sam was very knowledgeable, very professional, and very courteous. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of garage door repair. They are absolutely the best!!

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. No one wants their garage door break on them, but from calling to get an estimate through the repair, everyone was friendly, efficient, and expedient. They were able to have a technician at my home within half an hour of calling. He gave me an estimate, thoroughly explaining the work that would need done, and showed me the parts that would need replaced and how rusted and worn down they were. He gave me a couple different estimates as options, but didn’t pressure me into an up-sell. Trying to force an up-sell is always a red flag to me. After I approved the work, he started the repair right then and there, and was done in under an hour. I called in the late morning, and before lunch my garage was repaired, and everyone I interacted with was incredible kind; I’d absolutely recommend them and give them a call for any future repairs.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve had Precision out a few times: to fix a broken roller, replace my garage door opener, and today, to replace the rubber seal at the bottom of the door. The technicians are always polite, clear, and friendly. They always prepare an estimate ahead of time and warn me of any potential other issues that could come to light once they get started. The work is always top notch, completed quickly, and done at a fair price. They have never tried to convince me there is more wrong than there actually is or otherwise made me feel like I need to replace the door, even though it is likely as old as the house (30+ years). Six starts from me!

Since 2029 I have contacted Precision Garage Door for support. They always arrive when expected and repair/replace what is needed. If I need anything in the future, I will contact them again!
