    I had a positive experience with my repair, which ended up costing me more than I had anticipated, but it made sense to me to replace both of my 28-yr old garage door openers at the same time. I had not gotten any service on them in 28 years. One openers had failed and the technician said spare parts no longer existed so I decided to have both replaced, which included all new parts aside from the doors and the tracks. The technician was knowledgable and courteous. What's more, he came on a Sunday and spent about 4 hours completing the repair. In an ideal world, I would get multiple estimates, but that was not feasible in my case.

    Our springs were broken and we had no idea because of the type of builder grade model that was put in. Within a few hours of setting up an appointment for that day, the tech (Worth) came out and was very detailed on what/why it happened. Then he explained what he could do and how it’s different from what we had. Within an hour, the entire job was finished and even after they were done, Worth again explained what he had done along with the warranty on what was done. Great service!!!!
