They sent a text with the techs info so I knew who was coming to my home. Worth was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and got the job done fast. I didn't give 5 stars because they couldn't replace the spring, I did have to purchase a new unit. I know it's going to last much longer than the big box store units so it's worth it!
