My garage door spring broke. Just over 6 year-old garage door on a new house. It resulted in damage to inside of top panel of the door as well. Called Precision to set an appointment, they had availability the next day. Kyle M. called during the window of the appointment. He was friendly, asked questions, explained in detail what he would do, answered my questions and was able to fix it in less than 2 hours. He emailed me details and receipt promptly before leaving. Our door was unexpectedly stuck open late at night. When we called for an appointment the next day they were able to squeeze us in quickly. Grant showed up and to both of our surprises a mouse was unexpectedly stuck in the garage door track and died. He cleaned it up, fixed our door, and he even added some extra insulation where he found a gap where the mouse presumably got in. All for a reasonable price. If I could give him 10 stars I would!
