I can't say enough good about Precision Garage Door. They were out to replace my 20year old garage opener that decided to die. Technician Worth Henry was so helpful and courteous. Not only was he out within 4 hours on a Sunday afternoon, he worked quickly on the replacement and took the time to program both cars and the outside key pad that I've never had luck with. Springs always break at inconvenient times. Ours broke at 4:30 pm with both vehicles inside (the doors are heavy!). We called Precision and Jordan was there by 5:45. He gave us quotes with options since the broken spring was under warranty and identified rusty cables that were close to breaking. He replaced both springs and cables plus lubricated a squeaky area and was done before 7:00. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. We’ve used Precision for the past 15+ years. There may be others that are cheaper, but their customer service and quality of work is well worth it.
