Considering that the garage door was completely broken and vehicles tapped inside, we appreciated the expeditious response. Sam was our technician and he was top notch! True professional, friendly and walked through all our options before getting to work. He had our completely new system installed, programmed and cleaned up within an hour. Sam walked us through the new system, step by step showing how it is different from our old one.

Kyle is the absolute man. This is the third time he's been out to our place.He always has a genuine smile and is so polite and efficient as heck. He said 3 hours for reinforcing the door, adjusting the suspension accordingly due to the additional weight and replacing the outdated motor, which involved installing a new keypad on the outside, a new button on the inside and programming the new openers for me and my boyfriend to have in our car. He was there early, and had it done in less than two hours, and he did it singlehandedly in 20 degree weather. Because of his knowledge and skill he saved us almost 2 grand but finding a way to fix the door without us having to replace it. He is seriously the best. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend.
