    Had a spring break, made an appointment online for the next day for 4-6pm. Got initial contact at 3:30 asking if being there in 20 minutes was okay instead of the usual “be there in 20”. That was a nice change. Worth arrived, assessed the situation, explained everything that was wrong in laymans terms, was upfront about pricing and didn’t try to up sell or sell us anything we didn’t need.     I had a positive experience with my repair, which ended up costing me more than I had anticipated, but it made sense to me to replace both of my 28-yr old garage door openers at the same time. I had not gotten any service on them in 28 years. One openers had failed and the technician said spare parts no longer existed so I decided to have both replaced, which included all new parts aside from the doors and the tracks. The technician was knowledgable and courteous. What's more, he came on a Sunday and spent about 4 hours completing the repair. In an ideal world, I would get multiple estimates, but that was not feasible in my case.
