Had to repair springs on door. Technician was very respectful and knowledgeable. Got door back working within 2 hours of arrival. Quoted me $470 initially, but brought it down to $370 after mentioning quotes from other providers and removing (personally deemed unnecessary add-ons). Was satisfied with job.

Our springs were broken and we had no idea because of the type of builder grade model that was put in. Within a few hours of setting up an appointment for that day, the tech (Worth) came out and was very detailed on what/why it happened. Then he explained what he could do and how it’s different from what we had. Within an hour, the entire job was finished and even after they were done, Worth again explained what he had done along with the warranty on what was done. Great service!!!!

We scheduled Precision to replace a broken spring on our garage door. Based on the wear and tear of the current hardware, they provided a couple repair package options for us to choose according to our desired price and warranty . The replacement options we chose were completed in less than an hour. The entire process was very simple and comprehensive for us. We were very impressed by our technicians Worth and Nick and plan to use Precision for any of our garage door needs in the future.

Had a spring break, made an appointment online for the next day for 4-6pm. Got initial contact at 3:30 asking if being there in 20 minutes was okay instead of the usual “be there in 20”. That was a nice change. Worth arrived, assessed the situation, explained everything that was wrong in laymans terms, was upfront about pricing and didn’t try to up sell or sell us anything we didn’t need. Worth was very professional and got the work done quick. Very happy with our experience with Precision!

Exemplary service from beginning to end. Each person I had contact with was helpful and met every expectation, from Michelle who scheduled my appointment with Zach to provide an estimate to replace my garage door that had been damaged by snow removal. Zach was extremely patient and reassuring whilst he explained that my garage door had been discontinued and yet was able to match the color. He promptly ordered my replacement door which arrived quickly and was installed by Sutton and Brody. They arrived as scheduled, explained the installation process, removed the entire debris and ensured every aspect of the garage door was working properly.
