He even greased the track of the opener. He also told me that the middle bearing was bad between the 2 springs so he replaced it at NO charge! That's Very rare today! He also recommended that I lubricate the hinges about every 6 months, showed me what they use. Through the entire process, Travis was polite, detailed, and a pleasure to work with.
