This was my first time having my garage doors serviced by Precision Garage Door Service. Bachir was the Technician. Bachir was on time in coming out to the house, and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He clearly explained my options in having the doors repaired which made it easy for me to make an informed decision. He was methodical and exceptionally thorough in the work he performed, going over and above in customer service by adding a few bolts to stabilize the door rails and even cleaning up some of the excess lubrication I applied to parts that did not need lubrication, basically cleaning up my mistake. He also took the time to show me how to apply lubrication to the appropriate parts of the doors and let me know how often to do this. Bachir answered all my questions about the repair work, general questions about the garage doors, and even ones that were related to sounds that were coming from my garage door openers (which gave me peace of mind). Not only was I extremely pleased with his workmanship, I was also impressed by his expertise and customer service. Thank you, Bachir!
