    Bachir came over on a Saturday afternoon to fix the LiftMaster unit in my garage. Hi was not at the home during the repair, but the renters were. Bachir had clear communication re: repairs needed. He also clearly presented the options (with price points) and provided a heads up on worst case scenario/cost if something didn’t work. He also sent photos when I required clarity on parts/area of work. He then had my renter verify over the phone that everything was working accordingly. Appreciated that extra step as is it difficult when you cannot be on the property during a repair. It was great to have the problem addressed immediately without having to wait for Monday!

    I called Precision to get a garage door remote. Our door is 6 years old, a glass one. The technician was on time, beat and polite. And while he looked over the door he explained how it worked and showed me the different parts. I really appreciated that. as door had gotten very loud. When he finished the door had some new rollers and I had another working remote. AND it was not screeching at us anymore.
