Just a fantastic, efficient, professional experience all around. We had to replace a very old single panel door in a garage opening that was nonstandard and required closer attention including custom framing. Everything came out perfect, looks great and is so much smoother and quieter now. A special shout out to Moran Criveano who was my first point of contact, took initial measurements, worked with me on the design and picking out the right door, and guided me throughout the process. I especially appreciated how responsive she was in getting back to me quickly when I had questions or concerns. Brandon was helpful and knowledgeable and took the second set of measurements to make sure they'd get the door and tracks just right. Our installer Luigi and colleague were professional and friendly and finished in timely fashion and left the entire area clean and spotless. Luigi walked me through some of the new advanced features to make sure I was aware of some of the new tech bells and whistles. The door and opener are topnotch quality, very smooth and quiet in opening and closing. Many thanks to Moran and the Precision Garage Door team -- all in all a wonderful experience with a complete garage door replacement that we had initially been stressed about.

Great experience with Precision Garage Door when we woke up yesterday to find our garage door spring broken. Sheridan came out the same day and was friendly, professional and highly experienced. He quickly determined that all our rollers were worn out and also needs to be replaced (this was no surprise given how loud our door had become).
