    I called Precision to get a garage door remote. Our door is 6 years old, a glass one. The technician was on time, beat and polite. And while he looked over the door he explained how it worked and showed me the different parts. I really appreciated that. as door had gotten very loud. When he finished the door had some new rollers and I had another working remote. AND it was not screeching at us anymore.

    After being told by a few companies that my garage door motor and remote were out of date and they could not replace a lost remote. I was told I needed a whole new system for a lot of money. I was then able to connect with a live person at precision, garage door service, who assured me that they could help me , What? Bashir Gharbi arrived within 30 minutes , took one look at our garage door motor and remaining remote and said he had replacement remotes in his truck. He brought out the last remote he had that matched our system, programmed it, and we now can have a remote in each of our cars. Bashir was professional, pleasant and tested the two remotes a few times for us. I highly recommend calling precision garage door service first before bothering with any other companies. DJ W.
