The gentleman that came to install a new system were extremely professional and explained all details thoroughly. They made sure the system worked properly and my remotes were programmed. They also helped program my car so I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. It was a treat to have such nice and professional people who care about customer service.

i just had these guys come out. The person was not helpful. I explained the issue and he proceeded to say I needed a whole new springs etc. at a cost of $2600. It was nothing but a electrical issue. He then stated I owed a service fee that wasn't told about when I made the reservation. Really bad experience.

Jerry Parker came by and did a great detective job on our old Martin door. At first, we thought it was a circuit board problem, but Jerry bent down on all fours and looked at the sensors at the bottom of the door...he did a double take and then he pulled out an angry spider which was blocking the sensor signal. After a brief skirmish, he successfully killed the beast and restored the signal and door function.Bravo Jerry!

Altho it took a longer time than the original estimate to get a custom Sherwin Williams paint color to match our house we finally have the garage door we wanted. The salesman (JP Park) was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He had to make two trips to our house to finalize the project. Pat in the office kept us informed about the paint issues and when it finally arrived, the installers, Gabriel and his helper, did a quick and tidy job installing the new door and the belt drive opener. Gabriel also noted that we needed a thicker bottom seal since our garage floor was not level and he returned to install it free of charge. Thanks Gabriel.

We needed same-day service as our door seized partially open, and we were going out of town the next day. I liked that Precision seemed to be dispatched to cover several areas around our home, which made me think they were a large, well-established company. Also, they said they answer their phone 24/7. But the best part was when Gabriel arrived and got the job done knowingly and with great courtesy. He cheerfully answered all my questions, which raised my confidence above its already high level. I chose Precision as it seemed like the most professional company that popped up when I googled garage door repair. I called the 800 number and it was answered promptly, professionally, and friendly. They could accommodate me within one day. I was given a window of 1-5pm. Around 4, I was getting worried about booking a random company without a referral. Again, my call was answered quickly and I received a call very soon from the technician coming to my house. He could not have been more friendly. He finally arrived after 6pm but was worth the wait. He was knowledgeable, fast, courteous and got the job done quickly. I'm sure he was late because he did such a great job for everyone else earlier in the day. Thanks Joshua - you were awesome!

For my family, the garage door is our front door, so when the springs broke last night it was an emergency. Plan A was to have the installing company do the repair, but they couldn't come out for several days, so I went to Plan B, did an internet search, found Precision and called them. An actual human answered the phone and told me they could do the repair today. The repair person, Joseph, was very courteous and professional. I can't recommend Precision strongly enough.
