Very nice and courteous technician

I have used Precision Garage Door for years. I have an extra big and heavy garage door at the end of a deceptive driveway. Teenagers have run into it, motors have burnt out regularly, poor work by one installer was quickly fixed. I've seen lots of installer. But the one yesterday in this heatwave knew his stuff. He checked out why the door stopped opening and reversed. He gave me the bad news and then it was this guy vs the garage springs. He had a desk out, a fan out, his water jug, his truck in the driveway and worked steadily for several hours. It was like watching someone hit a home run, everything was where he wanted it, tools were lit and available, he did his work as only a professional can move. "3 years with this company.
