I’ve used Precision before years ago. Was happy to see that their customer service is still top notch. They showed up quicker than I anticipated, communicated effectively and got us up and running. Bashir was so pleasant to work with and effectively explained everything. Highly recommend.

Just a fantastic, efficient, professional experience all around. We had to replace a very old single panel door in a garage opening that was nonstandard and required closer attention including custom framing. Everything came out perfect, looks great and is so much smoother and quieter now. A special shout out to Moran Criveano who was my first point of contact, took initial measurements, worked with me on the design and picking out the right door, and guided me throughout the process. I especially appreciated how responsive she was in getting back to me quickly when I had questions or concerns. Brandon was helpful and knowledgeable and took the second set of measurements to make sure they'd get the door and tracks just right. Our installer Luigi and colleague were professional and friendly and finished in timely fashion and left the entire area clean and spotless. Luigi walked me through some of the new advanced features to make sure I was aware of some of the new tech bells and whistles. The door and opener are topnotch quality, very smooth and quiet in opening and closing. Many thanks to Moran and the Precision Garage Door team -- all in all a wonderful experience with a complete garage door replacement that we had initially been stressed about.

This was my second call to Precision. Because my old motor was acting up (and it La really was very old!) we decided to replace it. Nathaniel was my technician for both service calls and did an excellent job. He was challenged by my funky 1959 garage construction, but he made it work. He arrived on time, did a thorough cleanup and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

The technician not only fixed the broken springs, but also found issues I hadn't noticed and priced out a few different options, explaining each one in detail. He was professional, honest, and did good work. I am very happy with the service and will use them again. Actually, this is my 2nd time using them and was quite happy the first time as well.
