I accidentally "broke" my garage door on a Sunday midafternoon,10-19-25. Thinking the worst of what's it going to cost and can it be fixed on a Sunday? I called Precision Garage Door Service, reached a calming voice who assured me, no problem, we have technicians on call on Sunday and scheduled me a 2:30-6:30 appt window. To my surprise, Technician, Brandon Taylor, arrived by 3pm and immediately said "I see what the problem is". So reassuring and matter-of-fact. He went to work, was pleasant as could be and, I soon had a stronger, sturdier garage door and track, than it's original install. Absolute peace-of-mind workmanship from a professional and courteous technician from start-to-finish. Thanks to Brandon's workmanship, we are confident, high satisfied customers who rate his service 5 Stars. The issue occurred at 1pm, and I immediately booked online and it was resolved quickly that same day. The price seemed a bit steep at first, but it was perfectly reasonable considering the product and perfect finish.
