Technician was wonderful. He explained everything thoroughly and offered various options for fixing the garage door spring. In the end I went with his recommendation and replaced various parts to the door which was twenty six years old. I must say I don’t think the door worked as well as it does now when it was new. He was patient and took the time to fine tune everything. Bachir is the best person who has ever worked on my door and we’ve had various issues fixed over the years. 👍🏽
