My garage door would not open because the spring broke and called Precision around 1pm and spoke with Ashley and she was very helpful. She gave me a window of time between 2-6pm. Less than 10 minutes of booking my appointment Aaron called and said that he can arrive within 1 hour and he arrived in 45 minutes. He explained what was going on and what parts are needed especially identifying the written year on the parts that I needed to replace. My parts were installed back in 2015. I asked about a senior discount, and it was something Precision did offer. My experience was painless, speedy, and professional. This was not just something they advertise on their commercial they really do come out in a timely manner. By the way this was on Labor Day so while most people were all enjoying a day off from work, they were working to service others. Thank you, Ashley and Aaron, for doing such a wonderful job of representing your employer and all your efforts were truly appreciated by me.

Absolutely perfect experience with this company! I was able to get a next day appointment and they showed up on time. Travis (and his trainee) were both super professional and knowledgeable. I went inside to do some chores and almost forgot they were fixing my garage door lol. Then suddenly they were finished! It looks beautiful and works perfectly. They also did little extras like programming my old remote and installing my keypad in an appropriate place. Getting service like this is really special nowadays and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!!
