Received a timely and great quote from Precision. I had a great experience during the installation process. My only issue was getting scheduled once I signed the contract - they were somewhat slow getting back to me about the timing of the install. I had to call a couple of times to get the installation folks to contact me. On the day of the work, they have a great process for letting you know when the technician will be arriving (shows you the technician's location as they are traveling to the job). The technican did great work replacing the doors and all the hardware. I would recommend Precision to others.

I'm at work and get a text from my wife: "The garage door spring (on our rollup door) broke. I was able to close the door but can't re-open it." I went online and easily booked a same-day appointment to replace the spring. Michael came on time; texted in advance of his arrival, and showed up with the needed parts. He was personable, kind, and above all, honest - he did not try to sell us more than we needed to repair the door and get it back into working condition. He even left a bit of proper grease for the opener mechanism. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and without issues or upsells. The price was higher than I was expecting, but I don't get my garage door repaired often, so it might be quite competitive. What mattered most to me was getting it done tht day, and getting it done right. Both happened.

I called Precision garage door to get a second remote. I was very happy with the garage door installed by them six years ago. I also was concerned about how loud the door sounded when operating. The technician, Bachir Gharbi, arrived on time. . He was polite and helpful. He explained all about how the door worked while he showed me the parts as he inspected. He explained what work he could do to address my needs and gave me options with prices before I agreed. I got my new remote and a much quieter door. And I know what to look for to keep the door working well. I am very satisfied and do recommend Bachir.

Our garage door spring snapped on Friday. We went on precisions website and were able to book an appointment for service the next day. Bachir Gharbi was the technician that took our call. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He not only explained to me what was going on with our spring, but also recommended other options that would prolong the life of our door which was 10 years old. He was quick and did the job and also gave me feedback on my third car garage door that we were not using. So he helped disengage the door from the chain in order to keep any accidental movement of the door.
