Patrick provided exceptional customer service while replacing my garage door unit. To my surprise and appreciation, he was able to come out the very same day I called. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and thoroughly explained what needed to be done before beginning any work. Throughout the entire process, Patrick was professional, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with the repair plan. He completed the full unit replacement in less time than originally estimated without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. From start to finish, I felt informed, confident, and well taken care of. It was truly a pleasure working with Patrick, and the garage door is now operating perfectly. I didn't know whether I would find anyone on a Saturday to repair a garage door that failed to open. Fortunately, I came across the review for Precision Garage Door Service and even more fortunately, the technician who arrived was Bachir Gharbi. He diagnosed the problem, clearly explained and showed us parts that needed to be replaced, and presented options to us. I could not have been more pleased or more satisfied with the care he took and his excellent workmanship.

My experience with Precision Garage Door could not have been more satisfying. From my first phone call, asking for service, to that service, itself, including the restoration work completed, all in less than 8 hours! That brief, 'start to finish' time frame, was itself astonishing, in my years of experience... I had been concerned about our garage door, fearing for some sort of breakdown, e.g., one of the springs suddenly bursting. Our service person, Joshua studied our circumstance, gave his diagnosis and provided 'treatment', with 5-year warranty, and for less than $900! Now our old door no longer sounds like a weary battleship coming in for drydock maintenance, every time it's opened or closed. Now a word about service person Joshua. He met me with warm, friendly countenance, continuing throughout. Obviously, he was fine technician'. At the same time, he was a fine teacher, explaining to me why he had to do what he would do. Patiently. Although I could have settled for lubrication of the multiple joints of our garage door and accepted the possibility that our rickety, noisy screws might last another year few months or so. I did not, preferring the problem settled at that time. Through it all, I experienced pleasantness, with none of the pressure that seems to come with a lot of service folk, who come to your door when you are stuck in such crisis. We are grateful. If I could give 10 ⭐️ that would be the way to go. Patrick L provided exceptional service. These days I must say, I don’t see a lot of that. Definitely an expertise at what he does. Great guy to speak with and provided all the info I needed. He was very efficient and didn’t take him hours for the install. If you hire more employees like Patrick and the training your company provides. With this type of performance you can’t go wrong. Will hire you again when needed. Thank you very much
