On a Monday morning we found ourselves with a garage door opener that refused to work, with a car inside the garage, a faulty manual release, and no other access door. A call to Precision at 9:00 a.m. resulted in Benny and Edward arriving at 1:00. Benny and Edward patiently assessed the situation, explained our options, and then went to work. By 4:00, we were back in business with a working door opener that we’re confident will see us through many years. Benny and Edward are the employees you hope to see in any business - they’re knowledgeable, demonstrate exemplary service, and trained us along the way. Trust Precision to hire and train exemplary employees, and trust those employees when you need them most.

I'm at work and get a text from my wife: "The garage door spring (on our rollup door) broke. I was able to close the door but can't re-open it." I went online and easily booked a same-day appointment to replace the spring. Michael came on time; texted in advance of his arrival, and showed up with the needed parts. He was personable, kind, and above all, honest - he did not try to sell us more than we needed to repair the door and get it back into working condition. He even left a bit of proper grease for the opener mechanism. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and without issues or upsells. The price was higher than I was expecting, but I don't get my garage door repaired often, so it might be quite competitive. What mattered most to me was getting it done tht day, and getting it done right. Both happened.
