    Jose and Anthony were on time and helped me understand the best options for my home. I needed to replace an old opener motor. We replaced that and made some updates to the door so everything worked so quietly and is well balanced. They did their work quickly and left the site very clean. I wanted a MyQ added to the set up and they installed that. Jose went over everything after the installation and was really clear about the features of my opener. I should have done the update a long time ago but now have a much better system for my home

    Precision Garage Door came quickly the next day after filling out a service request online the night before. The technicians were professional, polite, thorough, efficient and empathetic. Unfortunately, I had a rather expensive repair. The price seemed rather high but after researching the problem, it appears the price was in the range - just on the higher side. My repairs did include a 5 year warranty which I like.

Bachir was our technician, and he made sure that we had a working garage door as soon as possible. He worked 6 hours straight without a break.
