I normally do not write reviews, however, this experience was so exceptional I needed to let future customers know if they need repairs, a new garage door, a new garage door opener, or anything else related to your garage door, please consider Precision Garage Door because you won't be sorry. The tech to ask for is Patrick Leahy. This gentleman was so knowledgeable, thorough, patient, kind, explained ever detail of what was wrong, what solutions and options were available to me, and recommended what I could wait on for another 6 months to a year, and what really needed to be done right now. He made sure I understood everything he had explained, and answered every question I had. I felt absolutely confident with my decisions. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give Precision Garage Door and Patrick Leahy the highest rating. I highly recommend this company!!!
Paulino is very experienced technician. I am very satisfied with his idea and how he fix my garage. He is highly recommended. I will yearly call Garage Door Precision for tune up. And if I ever need to replace a new garage door.
