This is my first time to contact and utilize Precision Garage Door of Bay Area to perform routine Tune-Up, Lubricate, and if needed, repairs and installation of replaced parts, etc. Mr. Bachir Gharbi showed up at my residence. He did an evaluation and assessment of my Insulated Garage Door with the LiftMaster Motor. He recommended a number of critical parts be replaced such as Springs, supporting Bars, Rollers, Cables with Spools, etc. He informed me that it's going to take an estimated 2-3 hours. As a result of the service, my Garage Door is operating much smoothly and with greater ease. The difference is a much more efficient and operating Garage Door! I am very, very pleased with the repairs and installation of the replaced critical parts of my Garage Door and it's good for the next few years! Kudos to you, Bachir!
