Pretty smoothe process from scheduling to project to finish. Service providers were very nice and efficient. The installer accidentally threw away my garage keypad, but I forgot to tell him I wanted to keep it. We managed to find it but the battery panel was missing, so he gave me a new keypad of the same model that he had in stock on the house. I was very grateful for the generosity. I called when my spring unexpected snapped and being a weekend I figured it would take days to get someone to come out and fix it. I was told that someone could actually come out same day! I was delighted when Bachir Gharbi responded an hour earlier than promised. He went over the necessary repairs and options that I had thoroughly and with 2 hours the garage door was repaired, tightened and lubricated. It has never worked so well. He was amazing, kind and professional while working in nearly 100 degree heat. I can't comment on the value as I don't have any experience with garage door repairs in the past, but I was very grateful to have the door back working within hours of it breaking. Highly recommend.
