Nathanial checked everything out and found it in good order, except for the keypad. He then replaced it.

Tech. Arrived ahead of schedule. Gave us two estimates. We chose the full repair. He started on the repair, and about 1.5hrs later he was all done. Nathaniel knows what hes doing. Amazing Worker! Showed up on time. Asked a few questions such as when did you last service the door. 18' foot wide door. I said in 1972 when I first installed it. He said NO!! That is impossible. He replaced the springs, the bar bearings and the rollers. He was finished in 1 1/2 hours. He had traveled from Antioch. I felt the price was too and the labor was not listed on the invoice. I am guessing it is due to 24 hour service, but I was able to get the car out of the garage.

Raul came out and repaired the garage door opener and added a slide lock for the door. He also lubricated the rollers. Couldn't be better: we discussed the options (try to reprogram the unit versus replace, upgrade to rollers, etc... )and the price points, and he did all the work very quickly. Best of all, he really explained everything about the motor, the keypad, and the remote controls. Learning how that works is really valuable. He knows his stuff and is just a friendly, personable guy. The price was reasonable too.
