Nathaniel was transparent about all of my options, including pricing. Made my decisioning process significantly easier since pros/cons with every single option were disclosed. Ultimately, decided to update the motor, coils, etc. and fully satisfied with the outcome. After he wrapped up and left, experienced a problem with a faulty sensor (out of the box so cannot blame anyone), and he came back to replace the faulty sensor to get the garage door up and down running again.

The garage door opener gear broke suddenly and I called Precision Garage Door Kate on a Friday and they had a tech come on Saturday. Jose was amazing. Diagnosed the issue and quickly upgraded the motor and many parts of the door and now we have a working and significantly updated system. Very happy!!

This was my first time having my garage doors serviced by Precision Garage Door Service. Bachir was the Technician. Bachir was on time in coming out to the house, and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He clearly explained my options in having the doors repaired which made it easy for me to make an informed decision. He was methodical and exceptionally thorough in the work he performed, going over and above in customer service by adding a few bolts to stabilize the door rails and even cleaning up some of the excess lubrication I applied to parts that did not need lubrication, basically cleaning up my mistake. He also took the time to show me how to apply lubrication to the appropriate parts of the doors and let me know how often to do this. Bachir answered all my questions about the repair work, general questions about the garage doors, and even ones that were related to sounds that were coming from my garage door openers (which gave me peace of mind). Not only was I extremely pleased with his workmanship, I was also impressed by his expertise and customer service. Thank you, Bachir!

Pretty smoothe process from scheduling to project to finish. Service providers were very nice and efficient. The installer accidentally threw away my garage keypad, but I forgot to tell him I wanted to keep it. We managed to find it but the battery panel was missing, so he gave me a new keypad of the same model that he had in stock on the house. I was very grateful for the generosity. I would use this group again.
