The top roller on the garage door kept popping out of the tracks. When TJ arrived, I explained what the problem was. After a few minutes he explained to me what was happening came back with a solution. Right away he also noticed cracks on some of the hinges and replaced them as well. I like it that TJ took his time to explain the problems I had with the garage door. He also gave me some helpful tips and what I can do as a homeowner to keep my garage door in good in good working condition. I am extremely satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service.

My garage door motor failed on Sat of Thanksgiving weekend. Called Precision and Patrick showed up the next day... wound up having to replace the motor and all that goes with it. And it was installed maybe 15 years ago... maybe longer. Patrick L. showed up as committed, explained what happened, and what was needed.
