I had Caleb Winchester here to look at my door. I was told by another company I needed a new Garage door but after Caleb looked at it he noted I only needed a row and hinges replaced and I also had him replace the spring and a few others things to make the door easier to operate. I had my garage door assessed (supposed to be annually) for $59. It hadn’t been checked in years and been wanting to lube it because it was getting loud. I called Precision Garage who installed my spring and tech (Paulino) honestly said it still had about 7-8 years to go. What he did solve was the noise by replacing the rollers with best on the market ones that have sealed lubed ball bearings in a nylon casing. Noise level dropped and less strain on the motor. He also swapped out the rubber seal which I don’t think I ever changed but has been a concern because I have our EV charger cable run underneath it. Excellent service, top quality parts, Paulino is a master technician who really knows garage doors!
