Austin was the man that did the work on my garage door. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and very professional; this gave me confidence that I chose the best business to do this work. I am so grateful for his work!

Brandon and Carlin were terrific. Knew what they were doing and made quick work of garage door installation. Very impressive! Answered all questions with knowledgeable responses, walked us through all the steps and let my husband watch the action.

Great technical service. Benny is the best! Everything was so easy once he arrived at my home. He earned 5 stars for sure. Super nice, helpful person and really a pleasure to interact with him. However, I had huge difficulty with the scheduling dept. canceling and rescheduling my initial appointment when I got sick, so this needs to be improved. If you can make an appointment online, you should be able to cancel and reschedule it online. Since it is not set up this way, changing the appointment became extremely stressful.

My garage door would not open because the spring broke and called Precision around 1pm and spoke with Ashley and she was very helpful. She gave me a window of time between 2-6pm. Less than 10 minutes of booking my appointment Aaron called and said that he can arrive within 1 hour and he arrived in 45 minutes. He explained what was going on and what parts are needed especially identifying the written year on the parts that I needed to replace. My parts were installed back in 2015. I asked about a senior discount, and it was something Precision did offer. My experience was painless, speedy, and professional. This was not just something they advertise on their commercial they really do come out in a timely manner. By the way this was on Labor Day so while most people were all enjoying a day off from work, they were working to service others. Thank you, Ashley and Aaron, for doing such a wonderful job of representing your employer and all your efforts were truly appreciated by me.
