I was fortunate to call the right company to fix my oversize, 650+lbs wooden garage door. After all the years of frequent uses, wear and tear, the old garage door fell off the track, crooked and stuck. Technician Sheridan from Precision showed up and did not faze by the challenge. He managed to raised and balanced the heavy door, replaced 4 springs (30" each), install the 2 heavy cables and put in all new the rollers on the tracks. He litterally rebuilt the entire system in less than 3 hours. Sheridan was straightforward, honest and clearly enjoy doing his job. I definitely give him and Precision an A+.

I called them at noon to request a quote on replacing the rubber seal under my garage door. Two hours later, two techs arrived and provided me an instant quote and repaired the issue and replaced the old worn out rubber seal and frame. Jose and Anthony were incredibly attentive and thorough with their work, and tripled checked everything to make sure our door was perfectly sealed and closed smoothly. Thank you so much!!

Caleb from Precision Garage Door Service provided fast, excellent, and incredibly polite service. He arrived exactly on time, fixed my door, and replaced my opener perfectly. I also appreciated the veterans discount. The only downside was the cost. I needed a quick fix and didn't shop around, but I later realized their pricing is definitely on the high end, even after the discount. Overall, Caleb did fantastic work, but be prepared for premium pricing.
