I was fortunate to call the right company to fix my oversize, 650+lbs wooden garage door. After all the years of frequent uses, wear and tear, the old garage door fell off the track, crooked and stuck. Technician Sheridan from Precision showed up and did not faze by the challenge. He managed to raised and balanced the heavy door, replaced 4 springs (30" each), install the 2 heavy cables and put in all new the rollers on the tracks. He litterally rebuilt the entire system in less than 3 hours. Sheridan was straightforward, honest and clearly enjoy doing his job. I definitely give him and Precision an A+.

We recently had Precision come to look at our issue with our garage. Precision's rep, Bachir Gharbi, was assigned to diagnose the problem. We had wonderful experience with Bachir as he quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution and quote for the repair. While the cost was more than expected, Bachir made our experience worthwhile. The repair was done a few days later after parts were received. Bachir was able to repair our door timely. We highly recommend Precision expecially Bachir.

After noticing that my garage door was out of alignment I called Precision Garage doors to come and take a look. They came out the same day and inspected all the working parts of the garage door and showed me one of the cables that holds the door up was in quite bad shape. So I agreed with Tech Miles that it should definitely be replaced. And while he was having to dismantle, that replacing the rod and very old spring was the smart thing to do. It was a real project but Miles hung in there like a real professional. All the while remaining calm, polite and determined to get it done correctly. Even though it ended up costing more than I was originally expecting to spend. In the long run will cost me much less than having to replace the whole garage door. Thank you Miles for your hard work. You are definitely a plus to the company.
