Purchased the door from Percision 10 years ago and I have had it serviced periodically by Percision since then. On Friday the lift spring broke. I called Percision and while they could not get to me on Friday they arrived on Saturday and the repair was complete within a couple of hours. The service Tech - Lev - had all the parts on the truck and there was no waiting. I'm grateful I made the decision to purchase from Percision 10 years a go and will go to them when a need a new door.

I unknowingly had my husband call Precision Garage Door, mostly because the amount of 5 Gold Stars I saw on their website I saw on my phone. What was so strange, was that we had used them in the past for a garage door issue about 15 years ago. When Joe arrived, he asked if we ever had Precision out before as he saw the spring as he recognized the spring. I told him I wasn't sure as I was at work that day when my husband called for garage help. He somewhat picked a business out of the blue and it was Precision Garage Door. Now to the business of leaving a Five Gold Star rating. I would give Joe 20 Gold Stars! Joe was just fantastic, very professional, diagnosed the issues, came up with several solutions for us. No PRESSURE nor trying to talk us into more than we wanted done. Husband tried to fix the issue, but not his job skill (I don't mean it in a bad way). We were sort of wondering about this and that, can you fix that, change out, etc. No problem! I will definitely use this company again! Thank you for getting Joe out to our home today!

We doubted we’d be able to find anyone available on a Sunday to repair it, but saw that Precision operates 7 days a week. Precision stands behind their service. We had a very intermittent issue with the garage door not opening completely. The first technician made a repair that clearly was needed. However, this did not resolve the issue. A call to Precision resulted in a second visit with the technician spending nearly an hour checking the door, all mechanical processes, and the door opener unit. He found and resolved an additional problem with a broken hinge. There were not no charges for this extended visit.

Great experience from sale to installation. Paul (sales) was on time, had great questions and suggestions and the price estimate was reasonable. Installation was smooth - Tim was the installer and he was awesome - great sense of humor too. Tim put up with my questions, and after the install, he walked me through general maintenance, and how to use my fancy new key pad and wireless opener. I 100% recommend Precision Door.
