We just bought a new house with a rotten and very heavy wood garage door. It’s in desperate need of replacement. The estimator, Cody, came out to bid the project, but he said he couldn’t leave in good conscience with the garage door the way it was. So he spent probably an hour making several adjustments and adding Hardware to make it safe until the new door can be installed. Completely no cost to us. I can actually open the door without throwing my back out! He was incredibly kind and had nothing but wonderful things to say about how much he loved working for this company. We had a broken spring over the weekend. I had called one company on a Sunday and they said they would have to charge an extra fee for emergency service. I declined then called Precision first thing Monday morning. They showed up at noon, took some time to assess our door, and offered to make some needed repairs. It ended up being more than just a replacement spring but when they were finished we could tell right away how much better everything was. They were friendly and did not pressure us to do more than we wanted. They also made sure we knew that they never charge extra for emergencies - even on weekends. I would definitely call them again.

In an era when most business in the trades takes weeks or even months to schedule, I was pleasantly surprised when the dispatcher not only was able to schedule next day service, but gave me three different options so I could choose a service window that best fit my schedule. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. I was notified when Luke and Dave were on the way, and they arrived right at the beginning of the 2 hour window. They were both professional and friendly, taking the time to not only thoroughly explain the process, but also to chat. I feel like I got to know them in the short time we spent together. Luke and Dave were at my home to repair the broken spring on my garage door, but in addition to that, they inspected my whole garage door situation, and I appreciated the different service options they gave me. Their repair and service was fast, and well done. My garage door works better than ever. I did end up spending a little more than I anticipated, but it was entirely worth it. I don’t usually do reviews, let alone gush in them like I am here, but Luke and Dave as well as the whole crew at Precision Garage Door Service deserves it

Brian was super. The door works wonderfully - opening and closing easily, "smooth as butter." I would definitely call Precision again. Brian arrived earlier than scheduled, checked in first to see if it was ok to come early, then arrived with all the parts/pieces necessary for repairs. He was friendly, explained multiple options and fast and left absolutely nothing to clean up afterwards. Super wor.
