I called a local company and never got a response. This morning I looked online and found Precision Garage Door Service of Owensboro. I immediately found that I could schedule an appointment online on their website. It was so easy, and user friendly. I was able to book my appointment for the same day, and the time that fit my schedule. The technician called to let me know he was on his way. Jarron was so professional and listened to my concern. He did a fantastic job and was a pleasure. I am very thankful that I got Jarron. If I have any issues again this is place I’m calling and the technician I want to work on my garage doors. This company has the absolute BEST service I’ve experienced in years!! Real people talk and communicate every step of the way!!! I called Tuesday morning with questions, and by Wednesday morning I had spoken to the technician 3 times, received estimates and photographs, and came home to a completely repaired door and another with several repairs explained and corrected.
