The technician was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts that had broken down. He went above and beyond making sure the door opener was fixed properly. Ryan was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and patient (explaining what he was doing and why). He did maintenance on both doors and explained that what he was doing may buy some time until springs must be replaced. (Since I could not afford the 3 yr warranty that would replace the springs). Didn't see maintenance listed as service performed so selected garage door opener repair.
