Had a garage door replaced by Precision Door. Jeremy, the installer was very courteous and professional. I had previously had the door opener and spring replaced by Precision Door and I was very satisfied with that job as well.

Mr. Tommy Mitchell and his guys were the most professional people I have ever dealt with since we began our New Home two years ago. They are very competent and professional with the way they conduct themselves and the workmanship which they provide. I would say if you broke up this crew of guys it would be a disservice to Precision Garage Door company. I have had many workers doing things for me in my life and there is not a high enough rating system to have to only give them only a five stars rating. This is unjust to have to rate them this way as they are all outstanding! Not only would I highly recommend them but would like these guys to be my friends. He even offered us a tip on how to increase the life of our equipment through some simple and inexpensive regualr maintenance we can perform ourselves. We paid in cash, and accidentally overpaid by $100. The technician returned the overpayment promptly. It was nice to see a company with technicians with honesty, integrity and professionalism. Next day service was the first reason your company was chosen. Service tech Donald "Blake" Turberville arrived within the time quoted us, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the three options we could choose with price quotes and warranty. Once we made the decision he immediately began the work and completed the job within the time he said that it would probably take to fix the problem. One very important factor is that he had all the parts needed with him to complete the job. Donald was very friendly and professional.

I also like how Precision was transparent in what they were going to do and sent me a written quote before the work was started for me to approve. They had to come to my house twice for repairs. They gave me a texted appointment reminder with a two hour window and also texted me when they were on their way. Got to the house right on time. Technician was very polite and friendly.

Great service! My garage motor pretty much died on Friday about 4:30 PM, within minutes I had scheduled an appointment online for Monday morning. Technician arrived 0800 Monday as agreed, we discussed my options and that afternoon my new garage door opener was installed. Samuel was the technician, he was really nice, everything went smooth, he programmed both cars with new opener. Not much more I could ask for, price were very reasonable and the warranty was great! Oh yeah, I also received a 10% military discount.
