First, I was pleased with the quick response time from Precision Garage Door, they scheduled my visit, for an estimate in replacing the door seal, in a little over 24 hours. Ethan was on time, efficient, professional and explained everything clearly. I was only planning on replacing the seal and having him look at why the light wasn’t working on the motor box (which was an easy fix) but he explained the danger of the aging parts on an almost 28 year door. I felt absolutely no pressure from Ethan to add any of the additional work he suggested and listed on the estimate. He just listed all the issues he could see after doing a full safety check, and then let me choose if I wanted none, some or all work done. Again, no pressure, but he did explain the danger the door could be if it did break and fall. I went for it all, and so glad I did. I also appreciate them honoring the discount coupon offered on their website. I will certainly recommend this company, as well as Ethan! I did purchase the seal, ball bearings, roller and track, but only could choose one, below.

After my initial call, the technician was at my house in just a few hours! He confirmed my thought that the door had to be replaced. He found a door that was in stock that was the right color! He then scheduled the work for the next day! The installers were on time and courteous! In addition to replacing my door, they also blew all of the leaves out of my garage! Will definitely use Precision for my future garage door needs!

Mike Boyle was great. He inspected the damage in detail. He consulted with me and explained my options of repair vs replace. I decided to have him perform a repair. He was done in about 3 hours. My opinion of the damage made this close to a miracle. After installation Mike explained all features of the new controllers. He demonstrated the function of the safety beam at the bottom. He demonstrated to me how to and where to perform basic maintenance. Did I mention he did all this when the temperature was in the range of 5 deg F!!!
