I was very pleased with the speed of getting a reservation via their online service as I was able to get a reservation for the next day (New Years Day) at 8am. Eric showed up with a trainee and did a through inspection and provided multiple options of components that could and/or should be replaced. They worked very quickly and were always very kind. My wife and I are very happy with the service we received and will be recommending them to anyone that would need garage door service in the future.

Rubber on door bottom edges doesn't seal, this is seco d time we called, technician tried a few things, didn't work, he states weather has to get warm, I asked to have that put in writing as door probably would be out of warranty by then, he didn't like that idea, door is brand new

Great updates from yhe company on the ETA and present location of the technician. He was courteous, informed, worked well with me on the estimated price. He replaced the cables, springs and seal around the outside of my garage door. In addition, the tech worked quickly and neatly and moved whatever stuff that was in his way by himself.

I wanted an entirely new garage door for my home as the current one was near the end of its life. I shopped around before selecting Precision Door. Their quote was very competitive to the other estimates I received, but in the end I chose them because they worked harder for my business. I ordered an insulated door with a custom color and shaded vertical windows. They were able to provide sample drawings of what the door would look like when installed with the estimate. The finished door was exactly what I was hoping for and installed earlier than estimated. The entire team from sales to installation were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a new garage door.

The name of this business says it all and they live up to the 5 star reviews we read online when we were searching for needed repairs. When we called we were offered several appointment times and the service technician, Mario, called before arriving at the time agreed upon. He listened to my issues and explained what he was going to inspect before providing me with a quote for parts and labor. Mario was patient with my questions and performed all the work required as well as inspecting the whole unit for fit and functionality. We were looking to replace our existing Garage door with a hurricane compliant garage door. We scheduled the appointment with Precision and they quickly gave us an estimate. Given the holidays, we did not expect to have the door installed before the new year. We were to have the door installed on New Year's Eve. The technician was extremely professional, came on time and installed the door in a few hours. In addition, the technician explained some of the simple maintenance procedures to keep our door working in good shape. It was a great experience.

Our garage door spring was broken. The LiftMaster motor was no longer under warranty. Precision Door Service Tech Hunter was very knowledgeable and provided several options for us to choose from. He did not pressure us into any particular repair or replacement. We decided to have a lifetime warranty LiftMaster motor installed. We are very pleased with our decision. Hunter had everything in his truck and did a complete install the same day. Thank you.

Excellent Service AGAIN. We only use Precision They came out same day AGAIN and that same day was New Years Eve Our remote control was not working properly David replaced it and said if we have any more issues to just call !

He explained the services that should be done now versus some things that still had life in the system. I've used Precision for close to 20 years now and Beau exemplifies why I keep coming back. the guy who came out to measure did it wrong and they sent the wrong one. That means we will have to wait another four to six weeks. The first rendition was wrong windows on it. So far my experience has not been the best and I would not recommend this company.

I decided to go ahead and have Nick service both the broken door and another garage door which sees daily use, also replacing the bearings and rollers. The doors are operating smoothly and quietly. Jeffrey was a technician who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the mechanics of my overhead door from wiring to the motor to the sensors After troubleshooting he figured out exactly what was wrong, made all the repairs and it works fantastic . Beau June did a great job installing our new garage motor and updated part on our garage door. He was very communicative and was on time, presented three options that would address the initial problem and solutions that would fix the total issue.

The technician Raymond Foster was courteous and efficient with replacing the spring and cables. A+ service.

Our technician Justin did a fantastic job, diagnosing our garage door issues and providing several options for us to choose from, including just replacing the broken spring, to replacing other additional parts that are getting old. Once we made the decision to go ahead, Justin had everything fixed in literally under an hour, and we are extremely pleased with the results.

Called to schedule a technician to come out and help with programming our existing garage door opener. He came out within an hour and it turned out the mother board was shot and no longer available. We chose to replace with a Genie system and after installation, couldn’t have been more pleased. Our technician was very skilled and very personable.
