Casey was prompt, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue in less than an hour. He also gave good recommendations for small maintenance I can do myself (lubrication, etc.) to extend the life of his workmanship.

A sewer line was being installed and the garage door hit it. The door hit it and the door went off the track. It was a mess. The technician came out the next morning, which was a Sunday. He was able to fix it in less than a half hour. I told him, he was my hero.

They repaired my garage door in 45min. They replaced the cabling, springs, pulleys, and some incorrect bolts on the rails.

Precision Door came on the same day I called and installed new garage door openers and replaced worn hardware on my existing doors. Thomas our technician was very professional and worked in extreme summer heat to get the job done. He even took the time to program the transmitters in our vehicles to operate the new openers. I was very impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. The new openers are very quiet, the doors operate perfectly, and we are very happy with the results!

Our garage door had been acting erratically so I finally called to have it repaired. I booked online and a technician was out with in a couple of hours. Ben did an excellent job of explaining the problem and walking me through the options. He was courteous and thorough in his work.

Austin Reed, the outstanding technician that came to the house, was able to get here within a couple hours of my call to provide excellent same-day service. Austin was knowledgable, professional, and very courteous. He troubleshot the issue and had things working in no time. As we have a large and heavy garage door, this was an open opportunity to upsell us on a new opener or other stuff we do not quite need yet. From minor adjustments to complex repairs. Unfortunately, turned out that my aging garage door opener was the culprit. While it was repairable, the technician advised that it would be more cost-effective in the long run to replace it. Precision Garage Door Repair exceeded my expectations. Their technicians were skilled, courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing garage door problems.

I called to get an appointment to have a repair made. Someone was able to come out within 2 hours. Tyler arrived on time and inspected my door. He had all the parts I needed to get my door working the same day. He was very professional.

Needed help with faulty wall control and reprogramming two garage doors. I contacted Precision on a Sunday and got an appt. for first thing on Monday. Sean called to let me know the arrival time and got to the house at 9 am. He was professional, skilled, and a good communicator. All was repaired in one hour. In this day of poor service/staffing Sean and Precision are top-notch. They are not the least expensive but when you take into account pricing, skilled tech, communication and timeliness they are the firm to call!

A great experience with this company. They were prompt at returning my emergency phone call. They sent a text with the full information of the technician who was coming, Preston Waddell. He was excellent!

Had new garage door opener installed in 2022. It's remote access stopped working all of a sudden. We spent several calls with controller company customer support resetting network and doing hard reset without success. Finally was told that battery backup wired connection needed to be removed and then troubleshoot again. In frustration called Precision who installed it and asked for help to get working. Brian was our tech who was dispatched. Was very confident he could fix the problem and was able to go through several steps and restored both opening and camera functions. Made us thankful we called. He was thorough and ensured everything worked including redoing all the controllers after multiple hard resets. We were resolved to paying a service call or hourly fee just to get our door working again but he was able to rewire the battery and reset in 20 minutes and called his company and they waived the fee. This service after the sale stands out in my mind as increasingly rare in today's world and makes Precision a future call for us when we need any other garage door related work. Good customer service after the sale and great technician in Brian. Overall 5 star experience this week. Thank you.

Really impessive performance. I called on Sunday (!) around 10 AM and Nathaniel from Precision was there by 12:30 PM. He was personable, incredibly knowledgeable, tried to repair the existing opener. It was beyond repair, and I could hardly believe he could install a brand new opener and chain within two hours. It was at our daughter's house in Concord. She is disabled and we wanted her to be able to park her car in the garage instead of on the street as she had been doing since the opener had not been functioning. We would recommend Precison absolutely!

Very good experience with Precision Garage Door Albany. Professional intake of the information by Chris outside of business hours, email confirmation with picture and profile of the technician scheduled to visit the following day, small window provided for arrival which they hit, call from the technician before arrival, then truly personalized and exceptional service from Zack who was extremely cooperative despite difficult circumstances. Springs were replaced in a timely fashion and the door is now better than new. Highly recommend Zack and Precision Garage Door.

Ethan was excellent. He was knowledgeable and funny. I had used Precision a little over a year ago for a problem with the other garage door and was very satisfied then, also. I'm not sure exactly what parts were replaced but it was for replacing a broken spring.

Availability was the primary reason. The Angi app helped me with scheduling, and the earliest I could schedule was Tuesday (it was Friday when I tried to schedule). I also chose Precision as an alternative to Overhead Door Company. I don't trust them. They tried to upsell me a door years ago.

One of the spring broke on our garage door and it would not open. We called around for information and ended up booking an appointment with Precision. Chris was our service person who called to set up the time of the appointment. He called before he came and even moved up the appointment to accomodate our schedule. He was very polite and thorough with his explanations about possible service solutions. Precision is not the cheapest service provided out there but you know they will do very good job using quality replacement parts.

Crew was professional and polite. They can come repair our garage door anytime.

The home I just moved into didn't have a garage door opener, I hired Precision Door, they came out discussed different models and warranties. A great company to do business with and they stand by their work! I had a minor issue about 3 weeks later on a Saturday and they had a technician, Robbie, out in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes, no charge!

The entire job from my first interaction with Mike to the final install went smooth as silk. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone that was looking for a garage door
