Precision garage Door technicians are always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The needed repair was completed this morning. The garage door is functioning properly now, but not many hours have elapsed between the repair and the present. Hopefully the door will continue to function properly in the future. Today's problem was mechanical, not electronic, so I am expecting the repair to be long-lasting.

My Precision Door technician, Joe Baggett, arrived on time for my appointment and I could tell right away that he was in control of the problem with my garage door. Having an older door at my residence ( a dinosaur actually) did not bother Joe in the slightest ( even though I don’t believe that he works on many doors as old as mine). As Joe was working on my door, we chatted about different things, as he was a very nice person. He kept on task, even as we talked. I definitely had a good experience with Precision Door

I called Precision Garage Door Service with an emergency. My garage door was stuck in the half-way position. I went into panic mode because I had to pick up my son from work at 9 pm that night. The customer service agent heard my distress. He reached out to the local office and assured me that I would receive a call shortly. Madison called within 10 minutes to arrange for a technician to come out to release the garage door. Within 15 minutes, Matthew was there to release the garage door. I am so thankful and grateful to Matthew for coming after hours and taking care of my garage door dilemma. the work was quickly done and on time. our tec was Antonio Gilcrist and he was very professional and very helpfull. Wow! We are VERY impressed with this company. Their employee (Travis) came out and gave us the two estimates . He was professional as well as warm and caring. We chose the motorized lift due to aging and future needs. It was scheduled the next week. The same gentleman who estimated the job was also the installer. He knew what he was doing and was professional in customer relations and the technical installation part. Everything looks great, safe, & professional. Just push a button and drive in and out.
