Wow!! Between the time I called and the service was completed was under two hours. Kevin, our tech, was friendly , knowledgeable and very efficient. I really liked that he laid out my options for fixing the issue with our garage door.

The servicemen were great, fast and efficient. However, your fees are outrageous; replaced a bolt, sprayed silicone to lubricate, I had a $39.50 coupon and the balance was still $160.02---really?

I would give the entire experience a 5. The customer service rep was great and gave me a few options for an appointment. The service technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. He repaired the garage quickly, cleaned up all items, and showed me how everything worked.

A 5 star rating for sure. Tech Josh arrived on time and correctly diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately it turned out to be a weak motor and the whole system needed replacement. He had one on his truck and in less than an hour the new system was up and running. He also programmed the Homelink transmitters in both of our cars. He was very professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. I am extremely satisfied with the service and product.

The garage door wouldn't close. We had a bad storm the previous night. Technician unplugged the opener then plugged it back in. The door worked after that. It cost $58. Phone conversations with appointment setter and technician beforehand, and neither suggested unplugging the opener in order to reset computer after storm.

I was charged $194.00 for the technician to take 30 minutes to install a gear & sprocket set that sells online for $24.20. While I understand the need to make a profit, I feel I was taken advantage of.
