Excellent customer service both on the phone and with the technician (Aaron) that completed the replacement. He was very curious and allowed me to ask questions as he worked. His recommendation to replace the older unit with a new updated version and our decision to replace it was definitely the right way to go. We are very pleased with the overall functionality and performance of the motor, remotes, and especially the keyless remote. Thanks Precision Door!

Our technician was Adam and he was exemplary! He explained all costs and reasons for the charges in detail. He was very respectful and spoke with me as if he was advising a family member. He made sure that he was tidy and was patient with my questions. This gentleman should be the example of a model employee to everyone at your company. Make sure you do all in your power to keep him! I thought I remembered Precision was the company who had done work on my garage door several years ago, so I called them. They verified that they had done the previous work. I was scheduled for the following day, as my situation was not an emergency. Their installer called me when he was 30 minutes from arrival. He evaluated the problem and replaced the motor on one unit and spring, rollers, and bearings on the other. He was prompt and efficient.
