Collin was prompt....right on time. He called as he said he would. He fully explained what needed to be done .... and why. He told us up front what the job would cost. He was polite. He was finished in less than an hour and the garage door worked beautifully. He even gave us a 3yr warranty on the springs. This young man has a work ethic that will take him far.

5 stars all around. Same day service with a more than fair price. Extremely friendly and did a great job repairing my garage door. Ray and the other technicians thoroughly explained what they were going to do to fix my extremely messed up garage door. Precision will be the only company I call when in need of garage help and will be referring them to anyone I know who needs garage repairs.

My experience with Precision was great. The technician Tim arrived within an hour of my call on a Saturday evening and had my garage door repaired and working perfectly in less than an hour!
