Precision installed our Miami Dade rated garage door ten years ago. Recently the garage door would travel to close and then immediately reopen. I called Precision at 2:35 pm and our technician, Richard, called back within 10 minutes and was at our house within 20. Richard was extremely professional, explained the repair, was upfront with pricing, effected the repair, showed us best practice for routine maintenance and recommended a longer term course of action. My garage door opener was opening 1/2 way; another time it closed down completely after I had just opened it; one time my neighbor said it was open all night; and there were other quirky things - Precision came and did thorough inspection for two hours and finally found it was sensitive door opener on was that could be activated by just brushing a full grocery bag against it or a shoulder etc. So for a minor charge the tech was able to replace the wall opener Oh ! Yea ! Yea ! !
