Our initial contact with Precision Garage Door Company was answered with a courteous and friendly greeting. She patiently gathered information and then offered the assistance of a technician for the very next day. As promised, the Technician Bryan arrived at our home in the morning with a friendly and helpful attitude. He made several suggestions with pros and cons of each. He even gave a timeframe for completion, and then explained he could complete the task right away. All necessary tools, parts and equipment were available on the technician's truck. The task was completed in less time than we were told, and we are very pleased with the results. THANKS for a job well done by Bryan and the Precision team!

Precision installed our Miami Dade rated garage door ten years ago. Recently the garage door would travel to close and then immediately reopen. I called Precision at 2:35 pm and our technician, Richard, called back within 10 minutes and was at our house within 20.
