This is the best service I have received in my 76 years of life. I called and got same day service which is unheard of in this area of North Central Florida. The technician was knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. He fixed a manufacturing defect in a 2 year old door and replaced all the already worn out plastic rollers. I will not buy another Wayne Dalton door, the quality they used to have is not there anymore. I bought the door during the pandemic, it took 6 months to get and it turned out to be very poor quality. I wish I had called Precision Doors to do the original installation!
