Eric came out on a late appointment, evaluated problem with existing garage door opener, explained issues found. I made choice to have him install a new one. He happily obliged. Had one available with him, installed it, went through troubleshooting, addressed issue and remedied on the spot. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Had us up and running right away. Would definitely recommend!
