Service technician was thorough and fast and fixed the issue. However, they over charged me on the product by double. They charged me $800 for the opener and associated accessories. I found the exact opener online, with accessories included for $300, and that was the highest price. I feel I was railroaded here, as they knew I was up against it and needed the door fixed.

Within 24 hours of requesting an appointment, these guys have my garage door working good as new. I received a call back almost immediately, and Zack was easy to work with and replaced my opener within an hour. I can’t imagine an easier transaction, and highly recommend Precision!

I was quite impressed with ShaRaad Humes knowledge of the problem and how he conducted himself. In the world that we live in today and the lack of qualified workforce, it was a pleasure to watch this young man work in a professional manner. All of my questions were answered and he left the work area neat and clean. He was quite respectful to me. He's a gem. Make sure you keep him. The work force needs more workers like him.
