Very good experience with Precision Garage Door Albany. Professional intake of the information by Chris outside of business hours, email confirmation with picture and profile of the technician scheduled to visit the following day, small window provided for arrival which they hit, call from the technician before arrival, then truly personalized and exceptional service from Zack who was extremely cooperative despite difficult circumstances. Springs were replaced in a timely fashion and the door is now better than new. Highly recommend Zack and Precision Garage Door.

The two (2) men that replaced the motor assembly were outstanding in their job. The each knew what work had to be done within their strengths and did it. They were very easy to talk to and congenial. They replaced the motor and rail assembly, almost immediately. They left no mess when they left the job site. I am very pleased with the work that was performed. Thanks ask
