Showed up as promised, but would not work on my Genie... they told me because Genie did not use universal parts...which they told me in advance. I was disappointed that they would not even repair the belt as it was the connector that broke. I priced a new belt online for $85 and they wanted to sell me a new open- prices starting at $550... I'll fix it myself.

Dave, Thanks for the feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed with our service. Please advise us what we could have done differently. We informed you when you set up the appointment that we do not fix Genie motors. Our staff stated clearly that we only replace them. Our technician told you the same thing when he visited your house.
