Called for an Appointment Monday, and tech came out Tuesday morning. He arrived 30 minutes early and explained everything thoroughly. The work was done quick and accurately. He was able to rebuild the garage door in less than 45 minutes. Great work!

Clint was on time, very polite, professional and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. He showed me what was wrong and why and it all made sense. We chose Precision Doors because we know that they have a wonderful reputation for excellent products and customer service. We have called them a couple of times for small repairs on our garage door, and they have promptly responded each time. Garth Cooper was our technician today (June 15, 2016). He was on time, very courteous and professional, and installed our new garage door opener very quickly and thoroughly. He made sure I understood how everything worked, and made sure it all worked correctly before he left. We are so happy with our new, quiet garage door opener. We wouldn't use anyone else! We give Precision 10 stars because 5 aren't enough!

I'm really happy with my new garage door. I ordered one with windows, and that makes a huge difference...save on electricity, avoid mold, etc. The electric opener will make life much easier for my hips, back, and shoulders. Also, looking forward to seeing how the heavy duty insulation works in the winter, hoping it will save a bit on heating, as so much had been leaking out through the garage door. Workmen were professional, polite, clean, expert. I was surprised that one person could do such a complex job in half a day.

Very happy with all aspects of service from Precision! The appointment set up was easy and Garth called me to let us know that he was on the way (really appreciated that!) and he arrived right on time. His truck was clean and nicely lettered when he drove up (good impression). We were lucky to get Garth to look at the door panels that needed to be replaced since two other companies had told us they were no longer made and that both doors would just have to be replaced. Garth took the time to really look at the doors and investigate. The panels were definitely still available and he was back the same afternoon to replace them! While he was there, he also took the time to inspect the opening system on the other set of garage doors and make adjustments for smoother operation. I'm a Realtor, and I will definitely recommend Precision to other clients!

Appointment was made the next work day, representative arrived on time, determined and corrected problem quickly. Sent complementary estimate for replacing system should it break down totally. Was professional, prompt and courteous. Only problem: I did not get invoice for service call/work done/paid for. Only attachment with email was estimate for potential work.

My 14 year old Wayne Dalton spring system finally broke on a Saturday night. Called Precision Sunday morning and they were ready willing and able to fix my door that day.
