We discussed the process and the fee and agreed on replacement of the whole system. He was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable and very neat. The serviceman was VERY helpful in repairing our garage door which had something wrong with the very old sensors. He was very creative in devising a fix that at least for now avoided having to buy a new opener. I would rate the service 5 stars for sure.

This is not the first time that we used Precision and it was again easy to make an appointment and reach their office. I received a text with the information about the tech who would be at our home and the approximate time that he would arrive. Corey the technician was polite, efficient and prepared with the past history of our garage door. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. We would highly recommend this company for many reasons, but two stand out. Our appointment was scheduled for the day after we called and we felt that they were fair and honest. Definitely a five star company.
