Regarding Workorder # 3325511/Techn. Alex Franks The repair required only to replace both of the spiral Springs and nothing else,but been charged for an item named ( Freeway Bearing ) at a cost of $35 US -Dollars ? I did not see this part separately installed and would like to know where this suppose to go ??? In addition, the service call order saying it includes full lubrication on all parts, but He said no need to do so , since it had enough lubrication on it already, so my question is..should I than not get charged less than 65 US $ ? due to less labor time. Otherwise, the Techn. did ok fixing the Door for now it works..

Bernd - Thanks for the review and the questions. The freeway bearing is mounted on the spring pad at the base of your torsion spring. Many doors that are installed are simply installed with a plastic bushing that is not ideal. Our service call does often cover lubrication if needed.We appreciate your business and will look forward to serving you in the future if needed.
