Review:

Pete was very prompt and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable about what should be replaced to make the garage door more quiet. He cleaned up after himself and took all the old parts with him. I'll definitely use Precision Door again in the future.

Review:

I was told that the charge would be $65 but your service man came did not make the door any easier to open and charged $165 I was in bed sick and my wife did not know what was supposed to be done I called and complained but was told that they did the best they could I put grease on the wheels and it’s 50 percent better you should never have charged me anymore than $65 and every time I get the chance in person or on face book I will let people know about your company the sad thing is I managed Lewis lumber in Benton from 1973 to 2000 and used your company hundreds of times and you were fair so something has happened Sence then probably new people that don’t know how to treat their customers
