I did purchase a new opener and all the moving parts associated with the door. I would recommend Jon as someone you can trust and not worry about the workmanship. I had a broken cable that caused the door to not function properly, but wound up with a totally new unit. New Rollers, new springs new cables. Basically everything but the door and rails.
