PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF BAKERSFIELD

We have had two separate issues with our 16 year old door assembly. I had the first technician replace the springs and rollers. Which made the difference in sound. The second technician replaced the door opener due to a bad logic board. Now the garage door is as quiet as my wife’s hybrid car. Thank you Precision Door Company

Enrique did not even attempt to troubleshoot my garage door opener. Apparently he is not trained to fix openers. Just wanted to sell me a new one at two and a half tmes the going price for a new one. This is scandalous!!! After he left, i hired a professional garage door repairman, who easily fixed the opener.

We needed repair on our garage door and saw an add on tv for Precision. I checked online for ratings and was impressed with what I read. a young man, Zodiac was scheduled for a certain time and called and ask if he might come early which worked well for me. He was very polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly to do the repair. I would certainly recommend Precision for any garaged door repair.

I would not recommend the service, except that the technician was professional and nice. I did not use the service. I contacted the company through Angie's list, to repair the garage door spring, on 6-6-2020, I received an approximate quote from 89$ to 139$, from the person on the phone. My friend too spoke to them and we confirmed the price and the service requested. Although I was expecting some price difference but not this much. on 6-7-20, the technician gave me a quote for $665. I was surprised with the price difference, it included the two springs for $300 each and center bearing piece from the company. Also I had to pay $39.95 just for the assessment and quote. I would say, either the person at office should be aware of the appropriate information to be asked, or the assessment should be free. Any customer would be unhappy with this price difference. Sorry for this negative review, but I want other customers to be aware of the expectations.

Zodiac was excellent. I thought I needed to have my entire door placed along with all the hardware. He simply told me I just needed to replace the mechanisms and other components but not the door. This shows me a lot of integrity. He was on time did great work, And stuck to the price that he quoted me. He also followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure that I was happy with the job he did. I would recommend precision doors to anyone and would gladly have them back if I need them again.My overall experience was excellent.

I had a broken spring. Called Precision Garage Door. They sent technician out that day. He installed springs. Also noticed Pully was worn also bearings. Garage door is a lot smoother opening and closing. Technician had his ppe on.
