Garage Door was repaired, no problem with installation, however the plastic cover on keypad does not fit . It keeps falling off. When I called to have it repaired the representative was less than cooperative. All I need is a different plastic part that fits properly. She would not state if I would have to pay for it or not.This fell out after the technician installed it. I will give a star rating after this issue is resolved.

Not itemize quoting , just fixed manual up and down around one hour and charged around $400 I am assuming even $80/ hr. Minimum 3 hours , it should not exceed $250 . At beginning not explain that the electric box or control box is not included . So I will not spend $400 . Now still I will have problem . That mean he should quote itemize and give us a paper , now if we don’t want it , the minimum charge will apply ( $68) . Or we might say just place anew garage door. Not mentioning what was the cause ,

I was able to get a same day appointment. The tech, Andrey, called when he was on his way and arrived on time. Andrey was polite and knowledgeable. He offered expanded repair options that I was not interested in, basically an upsell. I needed a spring replacement ($300) on my 22-year-old door and was shown options costing between $1,000 and $3,000. I declined. Andrey completed the work timely and left the area clean. He put two large Precision "advertisement" stickers in my garage, one on the inside of the overhead door and the other on the wall near the garage door opener button. I would have preferred a magnet or anything that I did not have to peel off. I didn't want those stickers and I certainly didn't need 2 of them. Precision's customer service is good, their pricing is competitive and the workmanship is sufficient.

I called Precision in the afternoon, and the tech (Ersell) came early the next morning. He very methodically analyzed the situation and in two hours had the door operating correctly. The price was right, the repair was well done and timely, and Ersell was easy to work with. Can't ask for more than that!

Ersell Williams was very professional in how he dealt with my appointment time from calling to let me know that he could come by earlier, to calling to verify that I was home, to updating his arrival time due to traffic constraints, and finally completing the job within an hour. Upon arrival Ersell did a full inspection of the garage door after hearing the issues, and with minimal consultation from James, provided me with three very clear and concise options for the repair; and was willing to give thoughts on the best option. Upon completion of the repair, not only did my garage door work more quietly but my garage area was cleaner than when he started!! Speaking to a live person on the phone during the appointment scheduling to the communication with the live technician throughout the repair process the entire experience was money well spent. I've had a troublesome garage door since it was installed eight years ago and have had several techs come out to re-cable it back on. Brandon T. was called this last time and pointed out a number of things that likely contributed to the door coming off the cabling. He took a lot of time making adjustments the other guys overlooked and left with the door working very smoothly. Prices and warranty from this company were very good as well.
