My experience with Precision Garage Door started last December. One of the springs on my door broke on a Saturday. I could not open my garage door. I used my maps app and reviewed a few local businesses. I chose PGD from the Yelp reviews. I used the on line site to book a n appointment. Cory came out that afternoon right on time. He was great. He explained how my door operated and what was required to repair it. He worked into the cold evening and explained my bill and the guarantee fully. This past week in the extreme cold, my door operator would not allow the door to close. I called PHD and they sent Logan out. Logan made some adjustments to get the door to work again. He told my wife our 25 year old Genie was almost out of wishes. He called the office and told his supervisor that the customer chose to replace their own opener. He was told the thank us and waived the call out fee. Precision Garage Door is the best local garage door company you can do business with. I chose this company based on customer reviews. All said they were a bit pricey but recommended them. My evaluation was: Quality service, prompt response, outstanding customer service. I broke a spring and called them Sunday and received a Monday morning response time. They sent an email, a text, then John called while en route and they were here before 8:30 am. Replaced the springs, outdated rollers and added some quality metal parts as well as showing me how to do some simple yearly maintenance. Yep, the cost was a little more but I paid for quality service and in a day when customer service is all but dead, this company ROCKS! I am a DYI person and weighed out doing this myself. I opted for this instead for time and their experience and was not disappointed. Yes, I would recommend them to others and will choose them again for their customer service, quality parts and quality work. Thanks Oliver and John!
