The technician arrived in a timely manner. He was polite and knowledgeable. As this was an accident that the door jumped the track (a broom handle fell into the track as the door was coming down), we knew it wasn’t a warranty issue. The technician provided us with a variety of options and we decided to replace the plastic wheels with the nylon wheels so this should last us a long time. We spent more than we intended, but I think your technician made good suggestions and options for us. He was polite and professional.
