Outstanding service. I called Sunday evening and the call was answered! Earliest available scheduled maintenance call was Tuesday late morning HOWEVER I would receive a call if an earlier availability opened up. Received a call Monday morning. Travis arrived diagnosed the problem, researched parts availability, determined suitable parts were in stock, drove to their warehouse returned with parts and fixed everything by 5.00pm Monday!!

What a great service as my garage door spring was pulling away from the wall. If it would have fell on the car it would have created a lot of damage. I immediately called Precision Door service and within a couple of hours Mr. Fisher came out and within an hour had installed a new spring and firmly attached again to the wall. This was my first time with Precision Door service and I highly recommend them. Who else could you call in an emergency and come out within a couple of hours on the same day. Fisher did a great job on recommending replacing the spring and attaching it firmly to the wall. They will have my repeat business ! GREAT JOB !
