Contacting this company was an awful choice. We simply needed a garage door opener replaced and it never got done. Instead, we still have a broken garage door opener, an estimate for a new garage door, and had to call someone else. ugh. I called them because they had good google reviews.

Excellent service from first call to last. Our garage door cables broke, door wouldn't close, had to get service fast and we did with Precision. Technician was excellent, he had a lot of work, but explained everything he was doing and why. My husband, who is very mechanically inclined, watched whole process. Joann, mgr., there was terrific about issue w/bill and coupon. Don't go cheap, go for the best. Very happy so far!

Completed the job quickly. Thankfully he had the part needed in his truck. The invoice showed $95 for the part. I hope this included labor and not just the part. A little pricey for a small piece of plastic.

I hired this company to replace the springs on my garage doors. The springs were the original springs that came with the door and were 17 years old and I made the determination to have them replaced before I had any major problems. Mark, the technician that came out to replaced the springs explained what springs he had to offer and I choose what I wanted and he installed it. No pressure in any way to purchase things I didn't need. Mark was very professional and did an excellent job. Now I have had the new springs for just a few days, as of this writing, everything is working just fine. I would have no problems in recommending this company to anyone needing their garage doors serviced.

After a week since they replaced the spring, when I close the garage door it sometime won't go all the way down, it automatically go back up again, so I don't know why it does that. The Technician who fix it said it will stop as soon as the spring will be replaced. But on occasion it won't go down.

I had called another door company twice but they never returned my call. After reading several reviews I called Precision around 10:00 PM and was told they would have someone come over between 2 and 6 PM the following day. They said he would call about a half hour before his arrival. True to their word, Joe called around 3:00 PM and arrived about 20 minutes later. In less than 2 hours he had installed 2 new heavy duty springs, replaced all the rollers, installed a new door seal and had everything properly adjusted and lubricated.
