"Mark" did a great job! He was courteous, professional and knew what he was talking about. A roller had bent due to tension in the springs being off, and he repaired the roller and adjusted the tension. I've used Precision at least 4 times over the years, and this company is my "go to" one for anything to do with the garage door/opener.

Very quick service. Called at 7 pm to have broken spring fixed and the tech was here before 8 pm. He knew what he was doing and replaced both springs and did a safety check on the door and was out before 9 pm.
