while the service was prompt and the tech courteous, the sense of having a senior citizen "over the barrel" seems most apt. In the cold of Jan/Feb, our overhead spring assembly broke. A quick quote was around $500.00 for medium duty springs installed and $650.00 for heavy duty. Not wanting to have to call numerous venders we opted for the heavy duty. However after having the work done to the tune of $738.00 which had to include the original service fee of $ 60.00, I did some research and find that we paid WAY TOO MUCH! Totally dissatisfied with this exorbitant cost. I believe some cost refund is in order. Your response will dictate whether I go to the BBB and attorney general from here.

Technician (Cody) was here 30 minutes after I called. He had everything he needed in his truck and installed a new motor, track, and 2 keypads very quickly. Cody took the time to show me how everything worked and even helped me synchronize my cars' built-in garage remote with the new garage motor. Totally zero stress and a good price. The way it should be.

The door seems to open and close just fine but, the new spring is about one-half the size as the one that was broken. So, for that reason, I feel the new spring will not last near as long as the heavy duty one. The other spring on the door is also a large heavy duty one and quite old. We'll see which one lives the longest.

I looked in the online yellow pages for a business that could address my garage door problem. Upon reading the reviews, I chose Precision. The technician, Sean, was on time and very friendly. Extremely professional, he saw the issue immediately and within a few seconds (literally) it was fixed. Thankfully it was only a small screw that had become loose and not some expensive fix. He lubed the springs and door rollers to quieten things up, and was gone inside of 15 minutes. He made my decision the right one.

Jordan did an awesome job fixing our garage door issues. He called to let us know when he would be here and he was right on time. Garage Door needed attention with two springs that were done and broke. Sean was professional and did not look to oversell me on anything that I did not need.
