Joe arrived on time at 11am. He as well noticed a noise coming from the belt trolley. It turned out to be an excessive amount of grease/lubricant on trolley. Joe fixed the problem, eliminating the noise. If noise comes back, trolley and belt rail components may have to be replaced. Recommendation: Watch to see if noise resumes. Thanks Joe.

Contacted appreciation door service for estimates on garage door motors. Technician Joe Igla arrived as and was very courteous and professional, in explaining installation estimates, and options. After choosing an option, Joe immediately went to work, installing two new garage opener motors, two control panels, two outdoor keypads, and help download an app to control the doors on my phone, when either at home or away. I highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating garage door service.

I love you guys! I have work done on my garage door a number of yeas ago. When I couldn't get my garage door closed late afternoon a few weeks ago, even the manual was stuck. I didn't know what to do and didn't want to leave the door open all night. When I remembered the great work Precision had previously done I called them. The gal had a tech call me within a few minutes, they were able to walk me through getting the door closed temporarily for the night. They came back the very next day to repair the garage door, which happened to be my old garage door unit had finally bit the dust. They installed a new garage door unit. Fast, efficient, economical.
