A spring and cable broke on our door yesterday afternoon and Precision sent Mitchell out today at noon to fix it. I didn't expect such a fast response. Mitchell was nice and really went above and beyond what was expected. He helped me move some stuff in my garage to access what he needed and even offered to move it back (we're in middle of a remodel so we have a lot stored in our garage right now). He even setup the homelink on my car for me which saved me some time from having to look up how to do it myself.

They installed 2 doors and an opener on our home. There were some issues with damage to one panel, and poorly aligned hardware, but was thrilled the way they handled the problems! I called Precision on a Saturday at 4:30 pm and the Garage Whisperer John Gallerano showed up shortly after. Literally!…same day on a Saturday evening!!! He was so friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue and we made a plan for him to come back Monday. John arrived Monday morning and the garage was fixed in a very short time. I asked him to lube all the parts to get rid of the squeaking I’d had for years and he did it with no additional charges of course. He even reattached the wall opener that had come loose without me even asking. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Precision was able to come out the next day and repair our garage springs. The tech arrived on time and completed the job quickly. We got a 7 year warranty on the parts installed. I had a concern that the the spring was wound too tight but they came back out and allayed my fears but tightened a few bolts to make it not stop as hard. They came out even a few days after the 30 days and didn't charge me. This is great customer service. Stephen Kehler, technician, was very personable and helpful. Precision Garage Door is an excellent company. I've used them 2 times. They were the only ones that responded to my Yelp request, and they came out the same day. The first time was a repair of squeaking in the springs but there was a discussion of replacing the out-of-date springs and parts as they were old and worn out. Two months later, that happened. I called, they came, and in 2 hours I had new updated springs and parts. Their repair people are professional, knowledgeable of garage conditions, fast, cleaned up after, and seem to be reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.
