We are SO pleased with the fast courteous and professional service done by Shane (estimator) and Chris (installer) Shane came the SAME day I called ...the other professionals I called still have not even returned my messages! :( Chris did an excellent job working in a tight space...I had my garage all set up for a garage sale and then my existing garage door broke!! Chris and Shane managed to work around all the tables full of my treasures...everything was explained to us...how to clean the door and all the pieces that make it go...we would HIGHLY recommend Precision !!! :)

I chose Precision Door because of their high rating on Angies List and I was not disappointed. George Bears came to my rescue when an inept contractor overcharged me and messed up the framing on my garage. Without George's help, I wouldn't have known where to turn. He went above and beyond and is a shining example of what customer service should be. Thank you George!!

I hate my new garage door!!! The metal bar that runs across the middle of the windows is so ugly. I'm afraid I'll receive a fine from the Homeowners Assoc. Ross and George said that they would try and be back today with some plastic covering that will hide the bar, but they didn't make it. I'm embarrassed by how ugly my door currently looks.

Your Rating is five Stars: * * * * * LUBE AND TUNE, CHECK AND ADJUST BALANCE, COMPLETE FORCE TEST,LUBRICATE ALL HINGES, CHECK SAFETY SENSOR OPERATION, CHECK ALL SCREWS, NUTS AND BOLTS FOR PROPER TENSION AND CHECK THAT ALL REMOTES, KEYPAD AND WALL BUTTON ARE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. We had two bent and jammed brackets. Our technician was Ross Helwig. He is certainly an asset to the Precision Team. If I was his boss, I would recommend him for a promotion AND a pay raise. He responded to our emergency request in very short order and performed all the listed [above] repairs in a very professional manner.
