I am pleased with the work and the absolute QUIET of the new system-my toaster is louder than this wonderful door and the technicians were terrific.-It would be useful for future customers to tell them to have a light bulb handy -when you are spending 2,500 + dollars you don't expect the system to arrive w/o a 2 dollar light bulb...

Our new door was having a problem opening and closing Jacob arrived found it had a short and fixed it quickly, he also adjusted the header bar that carries the springs. He did a very good job Thanks...........ART Five Stars *****

The service technician called ahead to advise me when he would be at my house. Upon hos arrival he looked at my existing equipment then planned what he would do explaining everything fully He was very knowledgeable and professional and the job went smoothly and my garage door operates excellent. Getting service on my garage for couldn't be easier. I used the Angie's List Big Deal after checking the reviews for Precision. Very impressed with the number of five star ratings I bought the tune up and replace rollers package. I received a follow up email and a phone number. I called and set up an appointment the next day! Ross came on time and took excellent care of door. He answered questions I had about future issues and was very helpful in explaining my options. No pressure, just facts. He did the replacement in a professional manner and made sure I was satisfied. Very pleased with the whole process and recommend Precision based on my experience today!
