I was extremely pleased with the promptness of service that was provided to adjust my garage door spring assembly. I called around 10:00am today and had a technician take care of the problem at about 2:00 pm this afternoon. Kyle Beasley was the technician. Kyle was very polite and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and took care of the issue quickly. If I ever have another problem with my garage door, I hope he will be the one that answers the call.

Ryan was fantastic - very professional and very knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs to get my garage door back to where it was whe installed about 2 years ago. However, the lady from your call center (I think her name was August or something like that) was extremely short and sounded like she could care less about helping me. I almost hung up the phone but had great experience before with your technicians and your product. You also lost a sale on a new opener and possibly a door because I referred a neighbor to your company and he apparently got the same woman and was treated very unprofessionally. I explained to Ryan about how my friend was treated and asked that he pass it along to his supervisor. You cannot afford to have people like that representing you on initial calls. My neighbor ended up going with Overhead Doors just because of her attitude. Please make sure you get this corrected.

I'll be honest. Precision was not my first call, but now I won't be calling anyone else. My first call was to a local company that did not measure up. The other guys were late and acted like I was wasting their time. Luckily, I saw their advertisement on the evening news.
